>Before the July 13, 2026 meeting, the entire Buckhead Rotary Club rolled up its sleeves for a hands-on service project. In just 15 minutes, all 46 attending Rotarians stuffed 100 Buckhead Rotary backpacks with school supplies for first- and second-grade "scholars" in the Horizons Atlanta programs at The Temple, The Galloway School, and Atlanta International School.
Horizons Atlanta is a summer learning program that helps students from under-resourced communities close the achievement gap through academics, swimming, cultural enrichment, and confidence-building—giving them the tools to thrive year after year. As one of our club's signature projects, it reflects Buckhead Rotary's ongoing commitment to investing in local young learners and strengthening our community.
